$100-$800 for Bloggers & Designers with Flashmint contest

I have just came across Flashmint Blog and noticed that they are holding a contest for bloggers and designers with a $1000 prize fund.

1. A designer who creates the best wordpress theme for Flashmint blog, will get a $500 prize.
All other participants' designs will be showcased at Flashmint blog along with links to authors' websites.

Requirements:
• 3 columns;
• fixed width (1024*768 resolution) and widget support;
• coded;
• the colors and style of the theme should correspond to Flashmint design!

2. Bloggers can get $300, $200 and $100 respectively for the first, second, third largest number of visitors they will send to Flashmint Blog.
What is more, ALL the participants will get free PR4 backlinks.
