Nice website, although you do need to fix the navigation so it comes out in one line on 1024x768 resolutions.

well , could just use 1 ad before the post ... as the posts start on the lower half of the page where you don't have anything on the left and right side bar and they don't look ok ...

either add some sidebar content or start post from the top of the page so you could create approriate balance ... rest so far its good ... almost forgot 1 thing , your main menu links are going down , remove one head so that you'll have the menu in one single line ....
