Lost in space - MSN search results

Do a search on MSN for 'home improvement questions' http://search.msn.com/results.aspx?q=home+improvement+questions&FORM=QBRE and notice that the first page shows results 1-8 and the second page shows results 11-20. What happened to 9 and 10? I think the navigation has a lot of bugs.
