Forum Threads with PR4+

Tell me how good it is posting on threads having high PR with a dofollow signature. I know that it will pass less link juice to the links but threads having PR5 and having about 200 links on that page; if not an increase in PR can it help increasing our website in SERPS:rolleyes:

Just focus on posting on do-follow forums, having high PR is just a plus.
