Post, Comment, Rating PHP script

Hi,
Im looking for a script to purchase where users can post something with a picture, comment on users post, and rate the postings. Extra features that I would like but are not totally necessary are avatar uploads and searchable by location. Does anyone know of anything similiar like this? Thanks

I'm not sure if this will help but you can go right ahead and try to see if this is any good. There's a demo available at their site and they have other good scripts too. Some of this stuff is extremely advanced.
