We have done the obvious, veiw source, We know they are running PHP and are pretty sure they are running either Zen OSC or CubeCart. Because these are the 3 their hosting company supports. While not in exactly the same field nor a direct competitor, we could be in some cases, so after a phone call they were unwilling to share. This particular site has almost everything we have been tring to put together. Any inside solutions to discover the software. Thanks in advance the site in question is www dot designpublic dot com thanks

Could be magento, something about it rings a bell - magentocommerce.com
Of course, the problem is that the features you want might be done via something custom made as an extension to an e commerce package, or it might be completely custom...

It's highly likely that this is a completely bespoke script. Google does not return any other matched for pages such as: "index.php?mod=new_account".

I don't think it's Magento either, if it is, it's heavy customized.
My vote goes for a complete custom script actually.

Does not appear to be zen or osc and I have dealt with both extensively.
