I have blogs in all categories for every industry, each blog has over 100+ articles focused on keyword of that industry and many of those pages are indexed, the home page is PR4.

You can use this to optimize even better in organic searches, or use as platform to make money to sell links to others.

google not accepts to sell link, if some one raport`s you on google that you sell links on site you will be banned from search or your pagerank will go down...this is what i know

I'm sure he isn't advertising the links on his site. No way to prove it unless some big mouth tells and I'm sure thats not gonna be all they need.
