I would suggest posting sales threads on the forums such as NamePros, DP and Sitepoint. Also try using TDNAM.com, BQB.com, and as Desilator said, Ebay. Once you get a thread started or an auction going you can also post links to your threads/auctions on many sites like NameChatter.com or the forums mentioned above or even some less popular domain name forums. Doing so will help generate more traffic to your listings.

if you looking for secure transaction then sedo , escrow , and other few agencies will be good. and ofcourse you can sell DP , NP quickly too ;) if they are little bit low or low range domains
