is there any minimum payout system ?

so far I know every month , but I dont know the dates

When will I get paid by eBay Partner Network?
eBay Partner Network pays all eligible partners on a monthly basis. Typically payments are sent around the 25th of each month. To view the status of each payment, navigate to the "Payment History" page. The monthly payment amount will appear on the payment history page as soon as it has been calculated and validated. As payments are being processed they will appear as "Pending." Upon completion, the status will be marked as "Successful" or "Failed." For failed payments, you will be notified through the interface and encouraged to take corrective action.

Who is eligible for payment?
You are eligible for payment if:

* All payment and tax information on the "Payment Information" page is complete and accurate.
* Your combined earnings from all programs is over either: 5 USD, 5 Euros, 5 CAD, 5 AUD or 5 GBP.

Note: eBay Partner Network reserves the right to suspend payment temporarily if an affiliate is placed under investigation for violation of our Code of Conduct or our Advertiser Terms and Conditions. In such a case, the affiliate will be contacted.
