Header For Arcade Based Site starting @ $50 Paypal

I need a header for my upcoming project I have the template just needs a header

it is a top sites website

http://arcadeshowcase.net is the domain there is just a blank index until I finish coding

Dimensions 800px x 139px

top and bottom must have black background 5px to 10px each ( so it blends in with rest of template )

width can go full 800px

slogan "Show Us What You Got"

go nuts with it, you can animate it if you wish.

80% of the template is black...but

I have some bright colors incorporated

pink, orange, blue and yellow


I only want the best for this if you feel your not up to the challenge please don't enter

Hetzenauer and ScarletWolfe are on the right track but notice the originality of both.

On that note Scarlet can you maybe add some type of border leaving the black margin on the top and bottom?
