The logo you provided is only 72 DPI and will not resize for good quality presentation for those who submit entries and you will not be able to use it for submission to Vista. Are you going to be able to provide 300 DPI image for final project?

I agree. I was able to resize it enough to use it for the design, but I'm afraid the end result will be a bit blurry.

Blue, the original logo designer should have a high resolution version of it or a vector file if it was done properly. I would ask him/her if they can send it to you.
