Review my blog, why don'tcha!

My blog's been running a for a few weeks now; while I'm still fine-tuning and optimizing it, I'm curious to see what you guys can find that still needs work.

I know the splash image is huge (I'm working on that) but is there anything else you don't like? Anything too hard to find? Did I forget something important, or are the pages hard to follow? Does the comment system work for you? Can you rate comments properly? Is the RSS subscription easy enough to find, or did it take you a few seconds?

I'd appreciate any feedback.

[EDIT] Oh, and I tested the site in IE6, IE7, Firefox 2, Firefox 3, some Opera and some Safari configurations so if it looks broken, please let me know what you're running.

it's really nice
a great example of a very nice site that uses wordpress
i think the 2 columns on the right look somehow empty towards the bottom, and the fact that the line is there separating them even though there's nothing in them doesn't help
other than that i really like it
