If you have time (about 3 months) you can build your site to be PR3 using SEO!

you can register dropped names only...

maybe the bst area of dp ?

why would you want to buy a domain just for the pr?

As several others have said...the Buy Sell Trade section of DP.
You can also buy dropped domain names...but the PR could disappear right after the next update.
You are probably better off buying the domain BEFORE it expires...
and maintaining it's content.

You could simply register a good domain and spend some time optimizing it.
It's not instant PR...but at least you could ensure it's quality.

That said, if you are still looking for inta-PR...I have some domain names I am selling before
they expire...PR0-PR3.
