Would adwords ads be consider as a backlink if they was or does SE totally bypass it?

I think NO..because it is redirected link.

adwords are displayed through adsense which is served via javascript. most search engines bypass javascripts. Hence no, adwords dont count. I could be wrong tho....

No it doesn't count as a backlink. It would be like Google selling links :D No way...

I think it counts all links across the page but it weighs them different.

No Adwords won't count, because it's a redirected link, my advice if you want to get advertising related links is to join an affiliate programme scheme.
