1. pop ups or pop unders can not be called visitors - people dont come to the displayed page.
2. 80% of such ads will be blocked by pop up blockers on users browsers; but you will still count it as a visitor.
3. 15% popped windows will be closed without reading...
4. Left 5% will look but i doubt will take any action....

Conclusion: such ads are useless ....

Our Ads Originate from Other source in addition to popunders/popups.

Traffic comes from: Pop-ups, pop-unders, redirects from expired domains, and 404's.

Additionally, there are scripts that track if the user has a blocker enabled, and in such case determine not to count the traffic. Surely you must understand that others have thought of this before.

I do have for sale a list of 450,000 + current 2006 .edu email adresses taken straignt from college directories and inputed into excel files. I have about 14 full colleges. I am waiting for my time and availablity to post on the sales form to see if I can sell this off to a few people to recoup the 10K it cost me to aquire and compile these lists.

Yep 100% one by one. I did not do it thats why it cost me so much. I had to hire a team of about 10 people to work 8 hour days for about a month to do these, alphabatize them, look over them to make sure they are in proper form etc. Cost me a lot.
