None, nada.. Just a name man.. That's about it. I am sure I could get BL's traffic, and PR in no time flat but I am not really interested in going that route. Just another domain on the chopping block.

Its worth 0$. Being a .Net aswell... its completly worthless.

I'm not exactly sure how a ".net" is considered worthless.

Unfortunately a unique domain like this is probably not worth a whole lot to most folks. You may get lucky and find someone who is looking for a pirate related name and falls in love with it. OR, if they ever come out with a movie called "The Pirate King", then you might do very well with it... ;-)

Who owns the ".com" version? They might be interested in buying it if they site is growing and they want to protect their name, etc.

thepirateking.com redirects to one of those lame NetSOL under contstruction pages.

I think you are right.. Unless someone is in love with it, or it becomes popular it is useless.
