Clicktale?

Hey folks!

I read about Clicktale in the Warrior Forum. (www.clicktale.com)

Basically it records videos of your visitors.

They have a free account, but I'm a little concerned about privacy. Because they're hosting the videos, they then have access to all sorts of info about my pages. (Granted, I have access to lots of good info about my visitors, but at what cost?)

They have some cool features, that's for sure (like the heatmap), but I'm a little nervous.

Has anyone had any experience (good or bad) with them?

Are you worried about them having intelligence on your site or are you more worried about password protection issues?

The intelligence.

Basically they're sitting on a wealth of info regarding CTRs, niches, etc., that people are just providing them.

Granted, their service is really neat, and it might be ok, but I thought I'd check to see if anyone else is nervous.
