$10 Contest very easy disign 24 hours

It is for my blog equityrates.co.uk

I use the revolution theme but I would like the header changed but with the same background. It should say something like Equity Rates or EquityRates.co.uk
or something like that. There can also be images if you can manage that. I will pay $10 to the winner but I'll pay $20 if I'm very happy.
