Is this considered a one-way or two-way link?

Okay, I know about 1- and 2- and 3-way links, in general. Here's my question:

If domain.com/page.htm links to other.com/page.php, but then other.com/another.php links to domain.com/page.htm (note same page), is this a 2-way or 1-way from both? They're linking to each other's sites but not the same pages. Thanks!

2-way, comes from the same domain.
