How much is this link worth?

I'm wondering what a permanent sitewide directory link on a site that will potentially be a pr2/3 after a link builder has worked on it is worth? The directory gets around 20 new submissions per day.

How long is a piece of string? :D A link is worth what a buyer perceives the value to be. There are a variety of factors I would consider, including but not limited to:

*number of pages that the link will appear on that are indexed/cached
*number of pages in the supplemental index
*location on the page where the link is placed
*is it labeled Sponsor, Advertisers, Friends, Ads, denoting a paid link
*do the internal pages have any PR
*length of domain name registration - not willing to pay a premium if the registration expires in 6 months
*unedited spammy titles and/or descriptions listed
*adult/casino affiliate links listed
*how much promotion has been done
*directory owner past track record
*empty categories
*excessive categorization
*type of link - static or redirected/js/nofollow
*type/topic of links accepted
*traffic
