This is one of things I noticed that initially pages get delisted and all PR also was sort of from PR5 to 0;

Now, even many of the pages are not indexed, the PR is still showing old good PR5 and PR4.

So I really wonder whats going on?! Probably as many of you suggested that it is problem at Google side, not ours;

lol i might say something silly but, you don't need your web pages to b e indexed in google in order to get PR

More than likely its just your looking at different datacenters.

Try this tool out to check your pagerank: http://www.pageranktool.net/
It checks across a few data centers.

How's that?

BTW with 1000+ pages interlinked heavily and 500+ links, how much more it takes to get eqaualy shared PR5 and PR4 ? :)

To take a stab at what is perhaps the main question, the most common reason for delisting is duplicate content. And you do not necessarily have to have any duplicate content to be guilty. All you need to have is other domain names pointing to one site. Check any other domain names, even just minus the www, against the tool below. The main domain name should produce a 200 response code. All other domain names should produce a 301 Moved response code. If not, then the site could be delisted.

It may very well be delisted for the reasons that mt.bum stated. How did you get on with the page check tool?

pageranktool.net gave a 'URL submitted is invalid' error for my cooking site :( . I usually use the tool at seochat. It shows PR for all data centres.

It happens a few times when there is a mistake in writing http://www._____.com instead of http://______.com or vice-versa :)
