Hey. I have a website which is currently pr3. What would happened if I redirected the URL of the PR3 site to point to another website? Would the PR drop or would it help increase PR of other site? The other site which is currently PR (N/A) is about a month old and is receiving around 130 uniques p/day. Please discuss.

PR3 should be easy to gain on a new site without bothering to redirect the old site(which is not recommended)

I dont think it will raise nor lower your PR of that domain. As long as the same amount of back links are pointing to that domain, you shouldn't have to worry about lowering your PR.
However, as mentioned above, you may wish to focus your efforts on raising the PR of the site you plan to redirect to.

I agree with rehash, putting some work into your new site is the smarter move here.

I don't see why you should redirect your PR3 site. Are they related to the same theme/topic?
You should simply link to your new site from your old site, do a few directory submissions and that should bring a PR change in the next update for your new website.

Links pointing to your site have the most value.
