New help with show-hide layers script

Hi, I am trying to show up a layer when the user rolls over a link. When the new layer appears I want it to disappear when the user rolls out of this new layer. I got it to work however, when I roll over other elements inside this new layer like an h1 or another div tag the new layer also disappears, as if I was rolling out of it. Does anyone know how to fix this.
