Transfer from GoDaddy to Name.com?

I don't have verified Paypal so I can't buy from GoDaddy and I prefer Name.com anyways.

So, I got some domains at GoDaddy, and I would like to transfer them to my Name.com account. Is this possible and how much does it cost?
