Where Should I Go Through?

I am going to start flipping sites. I know that it can cost to transfer the domain and plan on hosting them myself through a reseller account for $50 a year up to 10 domains (must be bought through me). Or they can host it themselves where ever they want with a push of the site.

But my question is this.

Is there a standard place that most domain / site flippers use?

I have heard of namecheap or something like that but just not sure what is best for my situation.
