I'm triying to active my website ( http://www.emulebeta.com ) but it's impossible.

I put all correctly but the system said that

Can any administrator active manually my web?

Your site doesn't even have a co-op account. I would check what your base URL is set to.

I don't know if it's worth starting a new thread or better ask here if you can have a look at my case. The participating website is www.blog.seoagency.info (http://www.blog.seoagency.info) and I made a text ad for www.directory.seoagency.info (http://www.directory.seoagency.info).

It was working for a little while, it just isn't now.

Digitalpoint, can you review my website? All is correct, and my account of co-op is "inf3ct3d", and you can see that my website y is pending to review. But when yo click the botton to validate de web, says that.

Now, all it's correctly, but The system said that error:

Do not create all lowercase ads

What does it mind? I tryed to create another again the ads but, the first letter of the anchor text is big.
