Minimum # of links to keep a page indexed forever?

well it will be indexed (slowly) but it will be ranked very low

If you only get one backlink the SE will only crawl your site every once in a while.

Try to get atleast 30 links to keep site listed. Sure it might be indexed but doubt it will show up in search where people would find it.
