Anyone had a problem with the link: request?

Hi. I tried to find the sites that link to my site. In Google and MSN I can type link:www.xsite.com and it gives me the results. In Yahoo or even Ask.com it doesn´t. I think it doesn´t recognize the command if it is written without a space between the semicolon and the address. But, when I did this it sort of gave me sites that just had the address written down on it but it wasnt hyperlinked. There is the possibility that this was so because the site automatically took out the hyperlink because it saw that my site had taken out the link.

I guess my question is am I right in thinking that yahoo and ask need a space in the command?
