I could use some assistance here..

I signed up for a new account a few days ago and received notice that all my listings where accepted..

But everytime I try to login it cant recognize my details.. So I try the lost password form.. Here I keep getting "your username must be between 3-20 characters long" .. And my username is 6 characters long?!

Okay .. So I try to find any means of contacting them.. And find to my surprise that I have to be logged in to acess their support forms.. I cant reply to the message since they wont get it *(they write that themselves)..

Any one have an Email adresse on them?

That is an interesting quandary - I took a look at the YPN site and tried to find a 'Contact Us' link, and it doesn't appear that they have one. Definitely not very "user friendly", from a customer's perspective...

I've contacted them before by going to the local site and at the bottom there is an 'about us' link, I've used the contact details on here to sort out a problem in the UK. I imagine it would work in any country even if they have to put you through to a different department.

When you say "local site", are you referring to the Yahoo! home page, or YPN?

The Yahoo homepage, the .com version has contact hetails here
http://yhoo.client.shareholder.com/press/contact.cfm
and here
http://yhoo.client.shareholder.com/press/address.cfm

I basically did this with the UK version here,
http://uk.docs.yahoo.com/writeus/snailmail.html

And they managed to sort everything out for one of our clients.

I hate the number of large companies that hide behind email addresses. I'm a big believer in calling the first number that you find on a site and getting them to put you through to the correct person.

The telephone number in the second link seems to be a general number, there are no other telephine numbers published on the site. If I was in your position I'd at least give it a shot, there's not exactly anything to lose.
