There is no real flow to it, it is very what I would call bits and pieces, Also I have a fast internet connection but it loaded very slowly. I would re jig it and play with the color scheme.

I think your right column are to scattered with ads.
The "Help us spread the word. Please Subscribe feeds!!" phrase are out of proportion.
Try change Adsense border that march the site color.
