Hello,

After running 6 successful logo design contests on DP,
a new 36H competition starts NOW!

I need a logo for "Blu Ray" movies online store.


* Exact wording: BluHunt.com

* Slogan: Europe's Best!

* Winner gets $100

* Payments via PayPal

Final work should be A4 size (PSD file) @ 300 dpi (suitable for printing)!


I don't have any preferred style or colors - I'm open
for creative offers. However "blue" could help get
better associations.

Like the "bluish" color, however no associations with Blu Ray discs. It looks a little bit unprofessional. That "com" part looks like a digital camera. Anyway, Thanks for trying!

To: watari - good choice of colors, overall look is good but it will be hard to "position" it in web business. Maybe try to place graphics part in other places.

TO: crowquill - you have some great ideas, should work around that logo. At the moment it's too complicated and "hard to read". But def, I like the creativity of that one.

To: vibinhari - sorry, it isn't a good logo for online DVD shop.

GUYS!!! You're making things too complicated! A good logo is SIMPLE logo. Do not try to make a colorful scene with many elements. Work with font style, color and lines. It should also look great in B&W. It should be READABLE in 1 sec. even in small print.

I am not the contest starter.
But an advice to this logo maker.. first this its nice..
Why not you make an EYE of the Eagle ? or something.. like a O inside for the circle for the ""B"" which will be easy for people knw its eagle.. right now its not clear to understand.
