A very cool free tool

Here is a free (and SUPER) easy tool to put a survey on your website. No kidding, this takes less than a minute. A cool thing about it is that you are free to reformat the HTML however you want to match your site design.

Well, since all it does is throw PHP errors, I can't say I'm convinced that it's "better." :)

You got on error my site (sfp.cc) or theirs? Don't use their demo, they forgot to permission the files correctly. The setup is easy enough though (<15 minutes)
