Does anyone know any 100% free, free link Article or Press Release sites?

Basically, I would like to submit articles and press releases about my real estate company --- for backlinks!! (and of course for publicity, but backlinks will be the main value of it)

See the thing is, they'll let you submit a press release --- but then you have to pay $30+/- per link
