Hi,
I have 5 well written articles. Do you have any suggestions on how I should syndicate them to get the most out of them? i.e. how many article sites I should submit with each article. I don't want to waste the articles, and yet don't want to overdo it. How can I get bloggers to use the articles? Any suggestions..... Please.

Well you can submit a few to article sites. Ive been using articlebase.com and I like them. Ezinearticles have been a pain lately. Submit your article, get it approve then start pinging some other sites to let them know about the article. If you have some other sites, get a few links to the article as well. Take maybe 2 of the articles and post them on your own site. Over time you will have some nice links to the article site which in turn will have the links back to your site. Also try to anchor text some long tail keywords in those articles.
Good luck!

Another good way to use them is to look for larger well established sites that might be interested in them and talk one site owner into adding your article to his site with a link back to your site. 1 good link is better than many poor ones.
One of the people who did this with me now has a PR 6 link back to his site from an article (on my site) that is highly related to his site.

I would submit the articles you have got to the top 5 article directories only, or high pr relevent sites that would accept your article. (contact webmasters for this)
Then I would submit the rewrites of these articles to the rest of the article sites.
Top 5 in my experience are:
ezinearticles.com
selfgrowth.com
americanchronicle.com (if you can get accepted)
articledashboard.com
buzzle.com (also, if you can get accepted)
