Ok, I'm struggling - can set up sites, program etc etc but cant get decent traffic - I need some of you guys to bale me out here :)
I'm starting to do Article Marketing but want to set up some blogs to help in this - Is it better to host blog(s) with blogger.com or on my own domain (sub-domain actually) - will blogger get seen better because its a huge established site, or is it just content, content, content that counts
Thanks in advance

Get your own domain or subdomain, host it with a free web hosting the likes of 000webhost.com which provide Fantastico to allow easy installation of Wordpress. This will be far more flexible than Blogger.

I would go with a self hosted blog with your own domain, even if you are not experienced Wordpress is very easy to install, and domains/hosting is cheap nowadays.
Good luck with it.

Why not to use both for building links and marketing? Don't setup xx number of blogs on blogger alone but for other free sites as well. In any case, using own domain gives more freedom and is better to some extent.
