Digital Point Search

Using the Digital Point Search Method, my SERP's contain the below where ever there are ' or " concerned. I have tried to changed the content-type a million times. Does anytone know how to get rid of this in PHP? perhaps a replace_str(); ??

Try setting your document charset to UTF-8 instead of iso-8859-1.
