$125 Web Page Design for Web Design Company

I need a page designed for a web design company

The logo is HERE (http://www.bedazzle.co.uk/webfuse.jpg) so the colours of the site should match

I need one page that can be easily amended for the rest of the pages on the site.

The menu items are: Home, Services, Portfolio, Contact

The design should be simple, uncluttered and professional looking, i'd like a 'request a quote' box on the page with the fields being
'name'
'email'
'phone'
'how can we help'

also a bit that says 'latest work' with room for two small screenshots

these are some sites i like the style of, DO NOT copy them though, they are just to give an idea of the style

xxx - not too bad, i don't really like the other colours that have been added in though or the mirror effect on the logo

Nick252 - too many menu items, no request a quote box, wouldn't really want a car as the main picture, so not really feeling that

I have to warn you however that I do not have copyright to that image, and it is not a stock image because the thumbnails from stock images were too small. but that just means that you get to pick the image you want up there and I will add the same type of very subtle effects on it.

Josh - I'm still liking the idea, I think there's too much space to fill though, don't do any more to it at the moment as I have ideas that i want to do to that page which I know can be done if I choose your design, what you've done so far is enough for me to make a decision on, I don't want you to waste your time right now in-case I don't go for it.
