$60 logo contest

I want 5 logos so that I can change from time to time

Must be completely original - no clip art type logos

Winner gets $30
2nd and 3rd get $10 each
4th and 5th place get $5 each

logo must have background colour #191919

size 88 high by 400 to 700 wide

my site is art and design (http://www.t17designs.com)


I have a basic logo that I designed already so must be much better than this

I like the ideas of tanujdude91 and mangobyte so far

I think tanujdude91 would be better without the globe and have an image more related to art/design

I don't really know what I was expecting but most of the logos are fairly basic and I could have easily created most of them myself

I am really looking for something a bit different. As mentioned before I quite like the actual image from mangobyt but even that could do with some improvement. The text on tanujdude91 is also quite good but I really want a better image to go with it. I would only place these at the 2nd /3rd 10$ place at the moment

Maybe I am expecting too much for the money I am offering but I really would like a good logo

I am not making any judgement on the quality of the logos but just whether I like them for my website

simonr - like the second one best - in the top selection but not sure where yet

AliZn - not what I am looking for

cimbuak - like the Design text but not the rest

CYR - really like it a lot - needs to fit into vertical space better and not to sure about the tag line design

rhythmdivine - very good designs but not the style I am looking for although I quite like the image used in the second logo

IM3D - really like your logo a lot except the T17 – can you improve that part

Brainwaves – I am not really sure what I don’t like about the font but it just seems a bit plain compared to the image - look at the text part of some of the others I have said I like. Also add the tag line so that I can see how you do that part

mangobyte - One last thing - please add the blue tip to the brush on the left like the brush on the right but without the drip -leave the drip on the right brush. Also maybe remove the bottom drips altogether from around the bottom of the cup

Before I announce the winner I want to change the winnings structure a bit because I think you have all did well

If you all agree I will give $20 each to two winners, $10 each to the rest. This is a total of $100 which is much more than I originally promised but as I say I thought you all did well

I am sorry but I have just had a pm from one of you stating that they want to stick with the original $60 total prize.

I will therefore have revert back to this as it was originaly posted.

The breakdown therefore is as follows;

1st place $30 goes to - IM3D

2nd /3rd places $10 each goes to - Brainwaves and SimonR

4th to 8th places $5 each goes to (in no particular order) -Transjude, carbunash,mangobyte,roktiv,unmasterplus


I really struggled to seperate the places and would have prefered to have paid higher money to you all but I don't want to get reported by someone for changing the money offered.
