I recommend ezinearticles.com. But provide an original article.

You can submit articles to webeasylinks.com if your article is relevant to anyone of the categories, and the article does not look spammy I'll post it.

Definately EzineArticles.com (http://www.ezinearticles.com). In my opinion (and a lot of others) EzineArticles is the only worth while article site and yes, they do allow link posting.
