I thought I'd share with you how the MPG caps worked for me:

Before using the caps my gas mileage was 8km/L or 18.82 MPG (US Gallons).

Here is a report of the MPG while using the caps (tank of 30 liters fill-up):

3 May 2008 -- Tank 1 (with 1 cap) -- still 8km/L or 18.82 MPG (US Gallons), but had more power
8 May 2008 -- Tank 2 (with 1/2 caps) -- 10km/L or 23.52 MPG (US Gallons), this is a 28% increase from tank 1
17 May 2008 -- Tank 3 (with 1/2 caps) -- 11km/L or 25.87 (US Gallons), which is a 37.5% increase from tank 1
25 May 2008 -- Tank 4 (no caps) -- 11km/L or 25.87 (US Gallons), no change.
30 May 2008 -- Tank 5 (1/2 caps) -- .....

I'm on my 5th tank right now and have dropped 1/2 cap into the tank before fill-up. I will update the result here.
