Backlinks Needed

I need backlinks for an affiliate site coupons to be exact. I've done directory submission, article submission, forum posting, SBM, RSS feeds, Press Releases but still the traffic is not so good. Any suggestions??

bookmarking is the best way to get more visitors it got u better traffic then dir submission so keep working on that also try to get into SERP for ur keyword that will get u more traffic

Coupons is a competitive niche, don't give up, wait for your domain, content and links to age and you'll be fine. Just keep on building, little and often with plenty of quality.

I've noticed all the means you've mentioned are free tools to promote websites. Step forward and spend some bucks on promotion. To start with, try SEM and focus on targetted advertising in your specific niche.

you need to revise onpage optimization too, if your keywords are no more stonger and not more efficient to drive traffic towards to your website, and if you have choosed highly competitive keywords, than you need to revise the content and place those keywords in content with the various combination and i am sure you will get good results.
Onpage optimization is also required as much as offpage.

Yes i agree with sheds view, you have to just revise your keywords which is really people search and optimize every page for seperate keywords, don't fall in love with 1 keyword.

It seems you are optimizing on high traffic keyword,if that is the keys you need to change your keywords since it takes a lot of time in optimizing on high traffic keyword.
