Where can I find companies or persons capable of taking care of some of my internet marketing / link building? I am thinking about assigning a monthly budget for link building, press releases, article submission, partnerships.

I've used a couple of directory submission services from Thailand/India, they did what they said they would do but many of the directory links were useless. Do you have a budget in mind for how much you want to pay, I get marketing stuff through for companies offering these types of services quite often?

You need to find out the person who never post for a seo job....
Check it out his post quality... Not just look on ITrader...
He/She can do great for you...

Search it in google for "Outsourcing companies" and you can find lots of site.

If the work is not too much, you can find freelancers at forums. There are many, and itrader can tell you about the quality of work they do.

Hiring freelancers is cheaper than dealing with companies. But it still needs some participation at your end as you don't get formal reporting or statics etc.

Link building is too important to outsource. I would outsource it only to a friend I trust.
Don't you have some partners or something like that? Working alone is hard and annoying :)
