I found the blog at http://www.inman.com/blog and there are many high PR pages you can comment on. You have to log in to comment, but you can drop as many links on your comments as you want. Some of the pages are as high as 4.

i would suggest turn your seoquake on when using the url provided by smellyballs for you to check on what page is really a gold..

Thanks for reminding me about SEOQUAKE. I have it turned off most of the time to the point I forgot about it!.. But, this is seriously a good time to turn it on as per the comments on this post.
