If you try to visit Yahoo.com on a UK IP you will now be redirected to the UK version uk.yahoo.com. This could be great news for people who have websites rank high on uk.yahoo.com. I do not know weather or not this is working in any other countries at the moment.

Didn't they do that before? I know google does it and sometimes Youtube does it. And i'm pretty sure yahoo did it anyway.

Definitely not, this was introduced in the last 24 hours.
