Well i plan to sell this site in a month, I just want to know what i could potentially get out of this. It's probably easier to judge this site if i just pretty much give you my sales post that i set up..

Description
This is a video site that index links to episodes concentrated on the niche tv shows and anime. There is no streaming on the website.

I started this site about a month and a half ago. For the first month and set it up in about half a week and let it run for a month. I did not touch the website from then on until recently.

As you can see my conversion rate is really high. I don’t have tons of traffic, but I’m able to convert with what I have. These pictures were taken 2008 – 05 - 10. I just recently started to build traffic on the 6th. And as you can see immediately, it has increased to close to 50+ per day. I haven’t even used one of the other high traffic sources (which is somewhat over saturated, but you still will get the traffic if you put the time into it)

As you can see from adsense, through content and referrals, you make close to $100 per month. But this is increasing as traffic increases.

Traffic
Even though the traffic is not as high as other sites, this can easily be changed with some time. I just recently put some effort into building the traffic. I will teach the buyer the exactly traffic methods that you COULD use… I am only doing one at the moment (which is not time consuming – I’m time pressured with school/work)

95 % of the traffic is from direct/a couple of big sites – but mostly from direct traffic. Search engine traffic and smaller scale sites are the remaining.

Content
In terms of getting content, well that’s quite easy, does not take much time. I’ll teach the buyer exactly what I do. There’s a ton of content on the page. For the anime section, there is probably around 100+ series, including the popular ones. And for the tv section, there is 50+ (don’t quote me on those numbers) very close. Anyways, there tons of links (probably 2000++)

The layout was edited by me through a free wordpress theme. I made the landing page. All designs will be transferred to the buyer.

I will include tips on high conversions with zango and also a traffic source that is not saturated like other sites in this niche.

Well, if you go by the general rules of sitepoint, for instance, you could sell it for $5000. Usually at sitepoint you sell your site for 5 times the amount of money you make in a month. So, if your montly income is $1000 you can sell it for $5000.
But you never mentioned the reason why you are planning to sell your site... Can you be more specific on that? Thanks. And BTW congrats on the site. It look great :)

When you go to a website, you kind of naturally expect to click on something. . .which is why I think your conversion rate is high. You click on adsense first, but to keep visitors engaged and coming back, you'll have to have substance. I mean I went to the site and immediately left it. But the income looks good. . .so, who know's? I like the name itself. Brandable.

Oh by conversion i meant my zango conversion not adsense.... I plan to sell the site in a month because i plan to make a planned future investment and need to build funds for it.

That's F*ked up more peoples computers than any other Trogan on the net.
