Blog Design Needed For Wordpress Existing Template

First off, the blog is located here, and the template we are sticking with, the design is what we are looking for:

The basic website design skin of the site is here:

So as you can see it needs a design which is more in line with the website.

Here is an Adobe Illustrator file of our Logo which will be on the website:

You can use the colors there as a basis for the blog.

In terms of the header, a really nice car maybe with some girls on it would be nice. We can talk more about this once we get started.

Got a few pm's but they were about designing a brand new theme and coding it. I don't really need all that I just need a solid header and color scheme to match through out my existing template.
