Anyone seeing a different google/adwords layout?

I am seeing a new google layout. 3 sponsored results on the top and 3 on the bottom, nothing to the right. Anyone else seeing this?

Here is a screen shot of what i see for all searches. Sonsored on top and botton and nothing on the right side. I actually dont like it.

In my opinion they don't do enough to alert viewers that those are sponsored links. The sponsored links tag is all the way on the right. Deceptive.
