Ballmer and Kevin Johnson, president of Microsoft's Internet unit, met two days ago in Seattle with Yahoo co-founders Jerry Yang and David Filo, two people familiar with the negotiations said. Redmond, Washington-based Microsoft, the largest software maker, offered to raise its $44.6 billion bid by about $5 billion, to $33 a share. Yang and Filo refused to accept less than $37 a share, the people said.

When I ready "Yang Loses $232.7 Million" I was really concerned because Yang is the name of my dog, given in adoption to my new little niece so I could not figure out how Yang made such amount of money in less than one month since he left and how he could lose it, LOL

He is already a Billionaire, I don't think he cares about the $230 million, he is more interested in not selling out to Microsoft, but will sell him self out to google.

He's in trouble now. Stock holders are taking legal action. He'll probably crawl back to Microsoft, and then Microsoft will buy Yahoo at a much lower price, like $30.
