Submission to directories

hey guys,

since my pages are individually optmized, i wanna be able to submit specific pages to a directory, not necessarily the main site.
i mean i wanna submit this:
www.mysite.com/myspecificpage.html

And not
www.mysite.com

is that possible? partially possible with some directories?
does it make sense?

There are directories that accept deeplinks. You can get a list from DC:

Some of them might be paid while others are free :)

I have :) but I think blog commenting and social bookmarking is more effective way of 'deep linking' because it also gives you direct traffic.

Plenty of free directories will allow that, look for the ones that say that internal pages are ok, and also look for the ones that have no guidelines in place.

Yes this is absolutely possible. There are tons of directory sites that accepts deeplink. You can try directirycritic(dot)com as mentioned above.

Deep linking is a great way to be on top on S.E for your minor keywords leading to your subpages

Your not a noob and im definately not an expert, but yes directories still work, in the sense that they help you while promoting, increase serps etc etc
