Logo Design contest - 45$!! - Details Inside

Hello DP'ers

Im looking for a new logo for my new CMS system im going to launch very soon.

I found a logo on logomaid.com that i really like but it wasnt unique so i coundt buy it. But instead i started a contest with the idea that you can help me out.

Im looking for something very similar and if possible even better !

The text next to the logo has to be: Snubb CMS

If i like the design i will add 20$ extra to the winner, BUT if no-one comes up with a proper result (not going to happen i guess) then i reserve the right to cancel this contest.

Winner will be paid trough paypal.

Very nice! i think its almost perfect but can you make the first eagle bigger and more 'aggressive'?
The second logo is fine and is nr1 of this contest so far
